Recipe for Chocolate Syrup
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (I like the dark stuff)
2-1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon boiling water
In a small cup, mix together the cocoa powder and sugar. Add the water and stir well until a syrup is formed. Add more water, if needed.
