Grilled Corn

Wish you didn't have to go inside to boil corn at your next cookout? Grill your corn in the husks! The steam gets trapped inside and it cooks the corn through.

Here's how: Place corn in husks on a hot grill for 5-10 minutes, turning the corn, until the husks are charred on all sides. Then you can peel back the husks and char the kernels on the grill a little, if you like a smoky flavor.

This is so easy and fast. Plus the presentation is pretty if you leave the husks peeled back, but still attached. The peeled back husk becomes a handle for each individual piece.

  1. Dustin grills corn this way, but he peels the husk back and puts butter, salt and pepper on the corn and then pulls the husk back up and grills it. It's delicious!! I'm craving it now!
